Energy Healing Guided Meditation
Join body intuitive Kara for a deeply restorative experience that combines guided meditation with energy healing. As you settle into a state of relaxation, Kara will work to clear and balance your energy, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned. First-timers also receive an individual angel card reading after the meditation — a beautiful introduction to the messages waiting for you.
$11 per person. Additional angel card readings for returning guests are $11.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra — often called "yogic sleep" — is one of the most deeply restorative practices you can experience. Guided into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, you'll lie in complete stillness while Kara leads you through a journey of relaxation that releases tension, quiets the mind, and restores the body. No yoga experience or flexibility required — all you have to do is show up, lie down, and let go. Many people find that a single session leaves them feeling as refreshed as hours of deep sleep.
$11 per person.

Oracle Card class
Step into the enchanting world of oracle cards and discover how these beautiful tools can bring clarity, inspiration, and guidance to your everyday life. In this hands-on class, you'll explore how to connect with your deck intuitively, interpret the messages with confidence, and weave oracle card readings into your daily spiritual practice. You'll leave with your very own deck of cards to take home and continue your journey!

Psychometry — from the Greek meaning "soul measure" — is the intuitive art of reading the energy held within objects. Also known as token-object reading, this practice invites you to tune into the stories, emotions, and memories an object carries simply by holding it in your hands. Come explore your gifts, trust your senses, and have a little fun along the way!

Pouring Art with Gratitude
Unleash your creativity and step into the mesmerizing world of pouring art. As vibrant colors flow and blend across your canvas, you'll be guided to infuse each pour with heartfelt intentions and a spirit of gratitude — transforming paint into something truly personal and beautiful. This class is limited to 8 people, so every session feels intimate and special. Each ticket includes one canvas, with additional canvases available if you want to keep the creative flow going!

The Clair's and what is mine?
Did you know there are 7 intuitive senses — and you already have them? In this class, we explore the Clairs: clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairaudience (clear hearing), and the other five gifts that make up your unique intuitive blueprint. Through a guided meditation, you'll dive deep into your senses and discover which ones are most alive in you. Afterward, you'll journal your experience and move through exercises designed to help you recognize and trust your strongest gift. Come find out what's yours!

Healing Circle
Step into the warmth of our Healing Circle and allow yourself to be held in a space of deep restoration. Through the combined power of guided meditation, Reiki, and Pranic healing, you'll be gently guided back to a state of balance — releasing what no longer serves you and reconnecting with your body's natural ability to heal. Whether you're new to energy work or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome in this nurturing and supportive circle.

Healing through Art/ FU Art
Sometimes healing looks like a prayer. Sometimes it looks like throwing paint at a canvas. In this powerful release class, Body Intuitive Kara guides you through one of her favorite exercises — FU Art. We open with a guided intention prayer, calling in support to release everything you've been holding onto. Then we let it all out through paint, color, and expression. We close with gratitude, because what comes after the release is always beautiful. Wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on — and get ready to leave lighter, freer, and with an amazing piece of art that's entirely your own.
