I am not your teacher. I am your companion. The teacher has always been inside you. My job is just to hold the door open while you walk through.

Take what serves you. Leave the rest. Write in the margins. Spill coffee on the pages. Mark it up. Make it yours.

A Note on Pace

This workbook is built as 31 days, but you do not have to do it in 31 days.

Some people will move through it daily. Some will take a week per day. Some will skip around. Some will start, stop, and start again. All of that is fine.

The only rule is this: do not let the workbook become another thing you feel guilty about. The whole point of this work is to release the loops of pressure, judgment, and self-criticism. If the workbook becomes one of those loops, set it down. Come back when you are ready.

One more thing. If you come back to these pages a year from now, two years, ten, you will read something today and miss it entirely. Then you will read the same words later and they will hit you in a place you did not have access to the first time. That is not because the words changed. It is because you did.

Everything in these pages is a seed. Some will sprout for you this week. Some will sprout next year. Some will wait quietly inside you until the moment you are ready to receive them. Trust that what is meant for you now will land. Trust that what is meant for later will wait.

The pages are not going anywhere. Neither is the medicine.
